Position: Video Editing Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $15 - $40/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

Review, evaluate, and refine interview content related to video editing and post-production workflows.
Assess technical execution, narrative structure, and creative choices in video editing materials.
Provide detailed feedback on storytelling, pacing, and editing decisions to improve content quality.
Evaluate and enhance AI-generated interview materials for authenticity and clarity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate the accuracy of training data and evaluation protocols.
Ensure audio synchronization, color correction, and motion graphics meet industry best practices.

Requirements

Have a minimum of of professional video editing experience.
Demonstrate expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut.
Possess a strong grasp of storytelling, narrative structure, cutting, and pacing techniques.
Have proven experience in audio editing and synchronization.
Have a solid understanding of color correction, color grading, and motion graphics basics.
