Job Description:
Must have examples of work in the hunting & fishing industry to be interviewed & hired. We’re looking for a world-class Video Editor who understands the hunting & fishing community and shares our mission: to destroy the plague of boring, inauthentic marketing in the outdoor industry. We believe video is the most powerful tool to tell the real stories of grit, challenge, and tradition that define our world, and we need an editor who can wield that tool like a weapon.
This isn’t a job for a typical editor. It’s a role for a storyteller. You will be in the trenches with us, taking raw, chaotic footage from the field and forging it into powerful narratives. You will create the ads that make people feel something. You will build the brand stories that create loyal followers. You are the final, critical link between the experience in the wild and the emotion felt by the audience.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
* An exceptional portfolio demonstrating high-end editing, color grading, and sound design (Premiere Pro preferred).
* The ability to build a compelling narrative arc from disparate clips. You must be able to find the gold.
* Experience editing for multiple formats, especially vertical social video (Reels/TikTok) and YouTube.
* A genuine, undeniable passion for the outdoors. You have to know the culture to create for the culture.
* A strategic mind: You understand how pacing, music, and graphics choices drive emotional responses and business results.
* You thrive on direct feedback and are relentlessly focused on making every single frame count.

Pay: $500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
