Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and hands-on Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team in Dubai. Prime Ventures General Trading LLC is a trading company that also owns other businesses, including Bae Modest, Furrest, Prime Marine, and more. The ideal candidate is skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing, stays on top of social media trends, and can execute high-quality graphics and videos with minimal guidance once briefed.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

- Design graphics for social media, digital advertising, promotions, and other marketing campaigns across multiple brands.

- Create visually engaging assets that align with each brand's identity, style guidelines, and marketing objectives.

- Develop and maintain digital creative assets, including website banners, product visuals, e-commerce listings, online catalogues, and marketplace content (e.g., Amazon).

Video Editing

- Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms

- Edit longer-form video content when required (product features, promos, brand stories)

- Apply current video trends, transitions, sounds, and formats to keep content engaging and relevant

Social Media Support

- Assist with posting and basic content coordination across brand social media accounts

- Stay updated on TikTok and social media trends and suggest how to apply them to our brands

- Support the team with content ideas and formatting for different platforms

General & Cross-Brand Support

- Take direction from management and execute quickly across multiple ongoing projects

- Adapt design and video style appropriately for each brand (trading business vs. lifestyle brands)

- Organize and maintain design files, templates, and brand assets

Requirements

- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)

- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (UAE experience preferred)

- Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite

- Video editing skills — Cap Cut; Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar is a strong plus.

- A portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video editing work (required to apply)

- Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and current social media trends

- Ability to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under direction

Preferred Skills

- Interest in B2B/industrial products, fashion, or e-commerce content

- Basic social media management or content scheduling experience

- Photography or basic videography skills
