The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong storytelling instincts, and the ability to turn concepts into compelling short-form video content. You will be at the forefront of creating high-impact visuals that resonate with global audiences across various social media platforms. Responsibilities Video Production: Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos for multiple brands while maintaining a consistent tone and visual style. Creative Collaboration: Partner with marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and develop engaging storytelling concepts that drive audience engagement. Trend Adaptation: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing techniques, and emerging video formats to keep our content fresh and relevant. Platform Optimization: Tailor and optimize video content specifically for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms. Project & Asset Management: Organize raw footage, manage project timelines, and maintain efficient file management systems to ensure smooth production workflows. Brand Alignment: Ensure that every video accurately reflects the brand identity, messaging, and quality standards of our clients. Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in video editing, ideally within digital marketing or creative production agencies (Portfolio required). Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for international collaboration. Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Storytelling Instinct: Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, and rhythm, specifically for short-form, high-retention content. Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of social media formats, algorithms, and technical requirements (aspect ratios, safe zones, etc.). Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to take full ownership of projects from draft to final delivery. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Experience working with international clients or global creative agencies. Familiarity with financial, investment, or prop trading content. Skills in Motion Graphics, Sound Design, or Thumbnail Design. A portfolio showcasing dynamic, trend-driven videos with proven performance metrics.
