From showcasing creative work to capturing everyday studio moments, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to create content that resonates across social platforms. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands trends, and enjoys creating reels, short videos, and visual stories that capture attention. Key Responsibilities Create content that highlights creative work, studio culture, and team milestones. Conceptualize and produce ideas for reels, short videos, stories, and carousel content. Capture behind-the-scenes moments and day-to-day studio interactions. Stay up to date with social media trends and adapt them creatively to align with brand identity. Plan, shoot, and edit content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and maintain a content calendar. Support community engagement through comments, messages, reshares, and interactions. Ensure consistency in brand tone, style, and visual identity across platforms. Track basic performance metrics and derive insights to improve future content. What We’re Looking For 0–2 years of hands-on experience in video editing or content creation (personal projects and social pages are welcome). Strong interest in storytelling, short-form content, and social media trends. Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, InShot, Canva, or other basic video editing software. Understanding of content formats that work across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proactive, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points Experience managing or growing a personal social media page.
