Qualified Leads is a lead generation agency based at B:HIVE, Smales Farm, Takapuna. We act as the outsourced digital marketing department for businesses in NZ and around the world, with around half our revenue coming from offshore clients. We're judged on the leads and results our work drives, not on likes and reach.

About the role

We're looking for a Creative & Content Manager to own our creative output, reporting to the General Manager.

This is an AI-first role. We want someone who creates with AI tools every day, keeps up as new ones land, and brings us the next one before we've heard of it.

You don't need years of agency experience. You need a portfolio that shows what you can make, and the drive to make more of it, efficiently and with scalability.

What you'll do

• Lead AI-driven creative for our clients and our own brand
• Create video and animation for paid social, ads and organic content
• Produce still creative for ads, social and display
• Design and build landing pages with a strong eye for UX/UI and conversion
• Measure creative performance and use the data to sharpen the next round
• Define brand guidelines and workshop customer avatars
• Join client meetings from time to time, alongside our account managers, to share creative expertise and workshop creative strategy

Tools

We're not tied to any tool. Right now our stack includes Claude, ChatGPT, Higgsfield (Seedance), Canva, Figma and Lovable. If you find something better, make the case and we'll fund it.

• You create with AI tools daily and can show it
• You've produced video, stills and web pages
• You take initiative and don't wait to be told what to try next
• You care whether your creative actually performs
• You're confident sharing ideas with clients
• Agency experience is not required
