What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for a Full-Time Video Editor who can deliver high-quality video edits and compelling visual design with minimal oversight. This role is perfect for someone who is not only technically skilled in video editing, but also thrives on taking full ownership of their work from start to finish. In this role, you’ll work closely with leadership and creative teammates to create impactful content across platforms. You’ll help bring our brand to life visually and consistently - on time, and with excellence. What You’ll Do: Video Editing & Captions: Edit high-performing YouTube Videos, Reels, Shorts, and video Ads for Instagram and Facebook. Add dynamic captions/subtitles that match our tone and enhance engagement. Maintain pacing, hooks, and style in line with viral content standards. Motion Graphics: Design and animate engaging motion graphics for social content, ads, and brand assets. Presentation & Media Design: Design professional presentations, branded slides, downloadable PDFs, and lead magnets that align with campaign messaging and brand identity. Skilled Video Editor: You can independently produce engaging video content with captions, clean transitions, b-roll integration, and a keen sense for pacing and storytelling. Motion Graphics Specialist: You bring strong motion graphics expertise and can craft polished animations, kinetic typography, and dynamic transitions that elevate storytelling. Detail-Oriented & Organized: You easily manage multiple projects, stick to deadlines, and keep content flowing smoothly across platforms. Creative Eye with a Critical Lens: You can spot what makes a thumbnail pop, a video convert - and know how to fix what’s not working. Strong Communicator & Team Player: You collaborate well across teams, and share insights clearly in meetings. Fluent in English: You write and speak in perfect English, ensuring that captions, titles, and slides are grammatically flawless and resonate with a native-speaking audience. Extremely Detail-Oriented: You triple-check your edits, designs, and posts. Nothing goes live unless it's polished.
