We are a leading real estate consultancy in Dubai, specializing in luxury properties. With a professional videographer/photographer already on board, we are now seeking a talented Video Editor to bring our content to life across multiple platforms.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a video editor, ideally with a portfolio showcasing both short-form and long-form projects.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
  • Strong storytelling skills and understanding of pacing, framing, and audience engagement.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their video best practices.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver consistent quality.
  • Bonus: Experience in real estate, luxury, or lifestyle industries.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Video Editor will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, engaging, and high-quality video content tailored for social media, YouTube, and promotional campaigns. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of what performs well in real estate and lifestyle marketing. The videos produced must have a high end feel to them which aligns with our company branding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Edit short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) from property tours, lifestyle shoots, and market updates.
  • Create long-form content (YouTube property tours, promotional videos, client testimonials, brand videos).
  • Add text overlays, graphics, transitions, animations, and branding elements where needed.
  • Ensure videos are optimized for each platform (aspect ratios, resolutions, length).
  • Select background music, sound effects, and clean up audio where required.
  • Collaborate with the videographer and marketing team to align with brand guidelines and storytelling goals.
  • Keep up-to-date with social media video trends to ensure fresh, engaging content.
