You’ll plan, script, edit, and ship high-impact short-form ads that directly fuel Odin’s lead generation engine. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and performance marketing. Key Responsibilities Plan, script, edit, and ship high-impact short-form video ads for Meta (Reels/Feed/Stories) and other social platforms Edit and post-produce: pacing, music, VO, subtitles, motion graphics, color, and audio for thumb-stopping performance Run structured A/B/n tests (hooks, offers, captions, CTAs) and document learnings weekly Leverage AI tools (Runway, CapCut AI, Descript, Midjourney, ChatGPT) to generate b-roll, captions, and variations at speed Source and manage creative assets (stock, UGC creators, VO artists) and maintain rights/licenses Collaborate with Growth team on CPL-driven goals (not vanity metrics) Version creatives for placements (9:16, 1:1, 16:9), optimize first 3 seconds, and localize copy when needed Uphold brand standards and compliance in all content RequirementsRequired Experience 2–4 years producing performance creatives for Meta/TikTok/YouTube with a portfolio of lead-driving ads Proven ability to turn briefs + data into storylines with clear hooks and outcomes Hands-on with Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects or DaVinci Resolve, plus Descript/CapCut Experience collaborating with media buyers/Growth teams to translate metrics into creative hypotheses Comfortable using AI tools for ideation, scripting, and rapid video variants Favorable Experience Exposure to financial services or regulated categories Experience in brief-to-deliverable workflows Strong copy instincts for captions, overlays, and CTAs Strong command of English, comfortable collaborating across time zones Basic understanding of landing page dynamics and video-to-lead quality Qualifications Portfolio required showcasing video ads that improved CTR, VTR, or CPL Meta Blueprint (Creative Strategy) or similar certifications (preferred) Solid understanding of marketing funnels and paid social fundamentals Required Skills Expert video/audio editing, motion graphics, subtitles, kinetic typography, and mobile-first sound design Mastery of Premiere Pro/After Effects (or DaVinci); working knowledge of Figma Data literacy: ability to read CTR, VTR/ThruPlay, CPC, CPL, CVR, and design tests to improve outcomes AI-enabled content creation (Runway, CapCut AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.) for scale and speed Familiarity with Meta Ads specs, placements, file formats, and best practices
