What We’re Looking For
Our client, a US-based growth marketing agency specializing in direct-to-consumer brands, is seeking a Video Editor to craft high-performing video content tailored for paid social advertising. This role plays a key part in driving engagement and conversions across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. The position starts as a freelance opportunity, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and edit compelling video content optimized for paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to strategize and execute video campaigns that enhance audience engagement and performance.
  • Optimize video content through creative testing and best practices for paid social.
  • Align video content with business objectives while prioritizing channel performance.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, both independently and collaboratively.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing for paid social, with a proven track record of producing high-performing content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and other relevant video editing software.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and best practices for paid social video content.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on performance-driven results and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic team setting.
