SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at Pure Self Salon N Spa in Markham. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our community, contributing to our mission of making clients happy through exceptional service.

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness.
• Create engaging content for various platforms, including images, videos, and written posts.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing efforts.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and engagement strategies.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
• Foster community engagement by responding to comments and messages promptly.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop) for content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights from metrics.
• Experience with content management systems is a plus.
• Creative mindset with a passion for photography and graphic design preferred.
