• Studio Management & Technology: You are responsible for the smooth operation of our in-house studio – from lighting and camera operation to sound for high-end productions.
• Podcast Excellence: You will support our podcast formats (recording & post-production) and extract viral video highlights for our channels.
• Campaign support: You will assist in the creative development and implementation of campaigns that perfectly showcase our offers across all channels.
• Channel Management & Trends: You maintain and monitor our presence on all relevant platforms, identify trends early and adapt them to our content at lightning speed.

qualification

Passion for content: You have a deep passion for visual storytelling and the ambition to produce content of the highest quality.

Tool expertise: You have sound experience with common tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc. , and know exactly which tool to use for the best result.

Studio know-how: You have sound knowledge of studio technology, especially in the areas of lighting, sound recording and camera operation.

Platform understanding: You know exactly which content works on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok , and how to reach the respective target group.

Podcast experience: Ideally, you already have experience in the production or post-production of podcast formats.
