VIDEO EDITOR - PROMOTIONAL AND SPEED RAMP SPECIALIST (REMOTE)

We’re seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor to transform raw footage into engaging, fast-paced promotional content for real estate agents, builders, and other businesses for social media and websites. Storytelling, pacing, and creative judgment are key!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Edit footage into polished videos following clear briefs.
• Select optimal shots and apply fast-paced editing for social media (including Reels) and web.
• Conceptualize, design, and execute highly specialized and dynamic speed ramps that enhance visual storytelling, create dramatic impact, or add a unique aesthetic.
• Seamlessly integrate speed ramps with other editing elements such as sound design, music, graphics, and visual effects to create a cohesive and immersive viewing experience.
• Incorporate and animate graphics, text overlays, and lower thirds as needed.
• Export multiple video versions as needed (main + short-form).
• Choose and apply music from royalty-free or licensed libraries.
• Perform video color grading and correction to enhance visuals.
• Communicate directly with clients for feedback, revisions, and creative alignment.
• Take ownership of the editing process with minimal supervision.
