Video Editor responsible for editing engaging, high-impact videos for social media, ad campaigns, websites, and client presentations. He will work closely with our creative, marketing, and content teams to produce videos that align with brand messaging and digital strategy, ensuring each piece resonates with the target audience and platform. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Edit video content for multiple digital platforms (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, websites, etc.). Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketers to understand project goals and messaging. Add visual effects, sound design, subtitles, transitions, and branding elements to enhance video quality. Cut raw footage into concise, compelling stories aligned with marketing objectives. Create short-form content such as reels, ads, promos, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes snippets. Ensure final outputs are optimized for platform-specific specifications and resolutions. Organize and maintain video asset libraries, templates, and project files. Stay updated on video trends, editing styles, and storytelling formats across digital media. Work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and creativity. Any additional task assigned by the Line manager Proven experience of 2-3 years as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio of past work. Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar). Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and creative editing techniques. Ability to edit for multiple digital platforms (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, websites, etc.). Knowledge of motion graphics, sound design, subtitles, and basic animation. Familiarity with different video formats, resolutions, and platform-specific requirements. Ability to handle short-form content such as reels, ads, promos, and testimonials. Strong collaboration skills to work closely with designers, writers, and marketing teams. Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to stay updated with video trends.
