We’re looking for a Dallas–Fort Worth-based video editor to join our real estate media team. You’ll help produce engaging and professional listing videos, social media reels, cinematic walkthroughs, and branded agent content.
Whether you’re an experienced editor who can plug into our system immediately, or you’re early in your journey but ready to learn fast, this role provides tiered growth, coaching, and real-world creative experience.
You’ll start with clear training and expectations. As you develop speed and consistency, you’ll gain access to more creative, high-end edits, and higher pay to match.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be located in DFW (remote work, but in-person training is required)
• Proficiency in Final Cut Pro
• A reliable computer for editing (Mac preferred)
• Ability to receive and apply feedback quickly
• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling

• Edit real estate listing videos, agent reels, and branded walkthroughs
• Use Final Cut Pro with our templates and plugin systems
• Format videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, and vertical/horizontal content
• Work remotely, but collaborate with our team for feedback
• Join occasional shoots to capture social media content (gear provided)
