Description
As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and producing videos for our company's marketing and promotional materials. This includes but is not limited to social media content, website videos, and training videos for our staff. You will work closely with our marketing team to understand our brand message and create videos that effectively communicate our mission and services. Key Responsibilities: - Edit and produce high-quality videos for various platforms, including social media, website, and internal use - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for videos - Select and edit footage, add visual effects, graphics, and sound to create compelling and engaging videos - Ensure all videos align with the company's brand and messaging - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve video quality and effectiveness - Manage video projects from start to finish, including pre-production, filming, and post-production - Work closely with external vendors and contractors as needed to complete video projects - Maintain and organize video assets, including raw footage and final edited videos - Assist in video shoots and provide creative input as needed - Adhere to project timelines and meet deadlines set by the marketing team Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in video editing and production - Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar - Experience with motion graphics and visual effects - Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and exporting procedures - Excellent storytelling and creative skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines - Knowledge of current video trends and techniques - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Passion for creating impactful and engaging video content
