Carlo Ratti Associati is looking for a young, creative visual talent with multidisciplinary interests and a strong passion for architecture, design, and storytelling. This role is centered on crafting compelling video content and motion graphics that bring our architectural and design projects to life.
We’re looking for someone with a sharp visual eye, fluent in motion design and video editing, and comfortable navigating both 2D and 3D tools.
Location: Turin, Italy — Full-time

• Edit videos for project presentations, concept films, and social media platforms
• Design and animate motion graphics to support narrative and conceptual clarity
• Integrate 3D architectural models (Rhino, 3ds Max) into motion sequences
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and other creatives
• Work proficiently with the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Apply sound design, VFX, and color grading for professional-quality outputs
