JOB SUMMARY

The Video Marketing Specialist develops custom animation and video content for products, company promotion, and recruitment. This person is responsible for film planning, production, and editing.as well as the planning and creation of animated videos. This role requires extreme creativity and excellent planning and process.
Work Location: In Office (Currently 3 days a week, subject to change)
City: Surrey
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Travel: 10% or 20% travel, primarily within Canada or the US
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target payable for the base salary of new hires across all Canadian locations. Actual compensation may vary outside this range and is dependent on various factors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience taking projects from planning to delivery as individual contributor and as part of a team.
• Extreme organization of projects and equipment.
• Knowledge of shooting practices, lighting, sound, color grading/correction and editing.
• Able to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals.
• Shows initiative and is comfortable leading small projects.
• Knowledge of video and animation postproduction.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Educated in film and animation or is able to display equivalent work experience.
• Information technology competent across MS Office applications.
• Tremendous experience and aptitude with Premier Pro and After Effects.
• Minimum of three years of work experience in marketing or a related field preferred.
