We’re looking for a Video & Motion Designer who can bring stories to life through dynamic, immersive, and brand-aligned video content. In this role, you'll craft compelling visual narratives that capture the energy of our games and resonate with our audience across digital platforms. You’ll apply your strong understanding of cinematic language, camera work, and composition to create emotionally engaging content. From editing trailers to animating 2D characters and elements, your work will play a key role in defining RealPlay’s visual identity. Responsibilities Craft compelling and immersive narratives through video content that aligns with our brand and vision. Demonstrate a solid understanding of cinema, camera techniques, and composition to elevate visual storytelling. Utilize Premiere, Photoshop and After Effects for editing and motion graphics, ensuring high-quality output. Animate 2D characters and elements Knowledge in 3D – an advantage Recognize and understand the dynamics of social media platforms. Requirements 2-3 years of proven experience in video editing. Proficiency in After Effects and Premier is mandatory. Basic level of proficiency in Photoshop. Technical orientation and ability to adapt to new tools and technologies. Strong creative instincts and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook. Previous experience in a gaming company is an advantage.
