JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and creative Photo Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in photo editing and video production, with proficiency in various Adobe Creative Suite applications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Photo Editor will be responsible for enhancing visual content to meet our brand standards and engaging our audience effectively.

Requirements:

• Some experience editing video (beginner to advanced welcome)
• Familiar with editing programs like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.
• Creative eye for styling content
• Bonus: Experience with product or still-life photography
• Must work on-site in Nampa

This is a part-time role with potential to grow into full-time quickly.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Avid, Cinema 4D, and other relevant software.
• Strong experience in photo editing, video editing, motion graphics creation, and graphic design.
• Familiarity with FTP protocols for file transfer and management of digital assets.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong aesthetic sense for photography and videography.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to take constructive feedback positively.

• Edit and retouch photographs using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and Capture One to ensure high-quality images.
• Collaborate with photographers and content creators to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
• Utilize video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects to create compelling video content.
• Perform post-production tasks including color correction, sound editing, and motion graphics integration.
• Manage digital assets using Adobe Bridge and content management systems to maintain organized workflows.
• Create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign for various marketing materials.
• Assist in filming and videography projects, ensuring high production quality throughout the process.
• Implement typography principles in graphic design projects to enhance visual communication.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques in photo manipulation, 3D animation (Maya), 2D animation, and video production.
