Position Purpose: Deploy your natural creativity through video editing and postproduction development of marketing materials, testimonials, and other engaging content. Develop or oversee production of all video content to be released across multiple digital platforms. Tell the story of our ministry through visual medium. Keep our constituents up to date on what God is doing in and through the ministry and find ways to develop content that connects with new audiences.

NEEDED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Real world production experience. (DEMO Reel required)
• Knowledge of the video production process with emphasis on boarding, editing, encoding, uploading, and managing media.
• Production skills: photography and videography, camera operation, sound, lighting, and quality sound capture.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud suite of programs (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, etc.)
• Strong understanding of post-production workflow
• Good knowledge of file formats, codecs, and their proper handling in a post workflow
• Must be extremely organized and able to successfully reach multiple deadlines at once.
• Comfortable with G-Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc.)
• The ability to communicate needs in a positive and productive fashion
• Proven range of both pre-production and post-production skills.

• Self-driven and motivated.

• Work closely with Video Production Manager and Creative Director to develop, create, and produce video content.
• Create and edit video content for multi-platform use and distribution including online, DVD and social media channels (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, IGTV, Facebook Stories and Instagram Stories).
• Editing many types of videos for a diverse range of audiences
• Engage in opportunities to develop original content and concepts for web and mobile
• Create motion graphics and animations using 2D and 3D applications for marketing and other promotional usage within the videos
• Produce updated “commercial” promos for various departments in the ministry
• Produce educational videos and testimonials as needed
• Produce post-event recap/highlight videos from our conferences and international trips .
• Work with Lead Videographer to ensure proper footage is captured of other ministry activities, e.g., outreaches, staff gatherings, worship nights, etc.
• Manage multiple Asana projects at once and provide on-time delivery of finished projects.
• Develop and seek approval for scripts in connection with voiceovers and displayed text for video creations.
• Work with other team members (e.g., graphic designers, marketing, etc.) as necessary to complete each project.
