What will you do? Oversee the entire video production process: planning, scripting, coordination, and administrative tasks Produce content marketing, branded content, and PR content, including external vendor management Discover creative and groundbreaking ideas with a strong sense for emerging trends Operate and manage new media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram Execute internal and external communications for Coupang Basic Qualifications 10+ years of experience in broadcasting companies, video production agencies, or YouTube content creation Ability to respond quickly and effectively to fast-changing media and work environments Strong determination and focus to achieve goals in growth and innovation Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for cross-functional collaboration and global communications Preferred Qualifications Skills in video composition and editing Recruitment Process and Others Recruitment Process Application Review - Phone Interview - Onsite (or Virtual Onsite) Interview – Offer The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances.
