What’s the role? You’ll play an important role in bringing Westpac’s stories to life through high‑quality video content across our internal and external channels. Working closely with our multimedia and editorial teams, you’ll create clear, compelling visual stories that inform and engage audiences on a wide range of topics. From fast‑turnaround announcements and social content to longer‑form storytelling, you’ll manage video production end‑to‑end and help ensure our content is impactful, timely and well executed. The role requires end‑to‑end capability, with responsibility for planning, producing and shooting content. This is a full‑time role based in Sydney, with flexibility and some ad‑hoc travel as required. What do I need? * Proven capability delivering engaging video and audio content across studio and field environments- including sound and lighting experience. * Strong storytelling skills, with experience producing short‑form, same‑day and longer‑form video content * Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment * Clear written and verbal communication skills, including interviewing and stakeholder engagement * A collaborative mindset, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively as part of a team Why join us?
