Job Title: Video Production Intern Job Location: 17725 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77094 Job Overview: CBAC does not offer visa sponsorship. The Video Production Intern will support CBA’s growing in-house creative team. This intern will gain hands-on experience across all stages of video production while contributing to real brand, training, and social content used across the organization. Responsibilities Assist with filming, lighting, and audio setup for video shoots Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and assist with basic motion graphics in After Effects Support creative projects including training videos, internal communications, and social media content Catalog, organize, and manage video footage and assets Collaborate with the Training team on the development of instructional and educational videos Participate in social media video ideation and content creation Assist with preparation and execution of MTD video projects Provide general production support including pre-production prep and post-production revisions What You’ll Gain Real-world experience working on a nationally recognized brand Exposure to both marketing and training-focused video production Mentorship from experienced creative professionals Opportunity to build a diverse and practical portfolio Qualifications Currently enrolled in college is a plus, especially with a major in video production, film, media, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Experience with video production fundamentals including filming, lighting, and editing Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop Interest and some experience in motion graphics preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to collaborate with a team and take creative direction Physical Requirements: Occasionally bending, twisting, and turning. Sitting for extended periods of time. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
