Description
Own the portfolio & GTM strategy for Video room solutions for Central Europe. Actively support sales in large/strategic video room & voice deals. Drive the requirements for DACH region within key enabling functions (GBU; marketing; supply chain; services; support). Lead our strategic video room acceleration plan for DACH, including coordination across all supporting functions. Actively lead the category business plan for room video to grow market share Establish relationships across DACH region sales force and partners at senior level. Engage with Local Microsoft, Pexip, Zoom, and Google strategic alliance partners. Product line and quota responsibility for Video rooms across DACH region Functional responsibility for the team in one or several areas (market analysis, marketing engagement, SF communication etc). University or Bachelors degree in Business; Marketing or Finance; advanced degree or MBA preferred. 12+ years of professional experience with a combination of Marketing, Sales, Business Planning experienced preferred. IT industry knowledge focused on Room Video technologies like video teleconferencing, telepresence, GTM Strategy and Channel partner ecosystem. Business planning skills, multidimensional. Financial planning and modelling skills, comfortable to manage high complexity business planning and reporting. Strong communication skills at senior management internally and externally. Knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices. Negotiation skills and ability to frame the product value proposition to customers/partners. Leadership skills and cross functional expertise (sales, supply chain, marketing ). Business fluent in German and English.
