• Define the Video Tech Strategy: Shape and implement Bauer Audio’s video systems roadmap across 9 European markets.
• Standardise & Scale: Identify and support the roll-out of consistent, cloud-based video capture, edit and distribution tools.
• Build Integrated Workflows: Collaborate with digital asset and cloud teams to design smart, joined-up processes from camera to content.
• Support Our Markets: Be hands-on in helping local teams adopt new solutions, train users, and support critical systems.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Bring new ideas and technologies into Bauer to keep our content competitive on platforms like YouTube, Frame.io, and social.
• Ensure Robust Infrastructure: Work with integration and architecture teams to ensure all video tech plays nicely with the wider broadcast ecosystem
