Job Title: Warehouse Video Department: Operations   Reports to: Video Department Manager Effective Date: October 2023 FLSA: Non-exempt Position Summary This role  is responsible for the day-to-day activities and the overall operation, maintenance and order fulfilment of video equipment. Manages deliverables of video gear; including but not exhaustive of the following; LED panels, projectors and switches and ensures all quality control & design specifications have been met. This role will have a primary responsibility for video equipment but may be assigned to other disciplines and departments as needed.  Essential Functions  While not all-inclusive, the following is a list of primary and general duties. In addition to these listed duties, this position shall also perform other tasks as assigned, shall abide by all provisions of the Employee Manual, and shall participate in all company initiatives and projects. * Maintain quality control of gear; inspect, test, clean and repair, all equipment as needed. * Effectively check-in and out shows/orders and communicate shortages & damaged/missing gear to manager(s), utilizing the company's inventory management system * Manage warehouse inventory. * Ensures all required engineering and safety obligations are executed and met. * Accurately load and unload trucks in a timely and safe manner. * Works to always provide internal/external customers with the best possible solution while maintaining company profitability and safety. Experience and Skills/Abilities * Ability to construct LED panels, including processing and signal flow. * Knowledge of video signal path and power capabilities. * Experience with video related computer software, i.e. powerpoint, playback.  * Experience managing inventory. * Knowledge of basic warehouse operations, including standard hand and power tools. * Knowledge of the proper way to pack a truck and safely secure the load. Education * High school diploma or equivalent. Physical Requirements/Work Environment This job operates in a warehouse environment. The person in this role must be able to remain in a stationary position 25% of the time The person in this role must frequently climb stairs and have the ability to move about with stairs and multiple levels. This person in this role must be able to lift 50 lbs routinely and 100 lbs occasionally.     Travel This position requires travel up to 50% of the time. Travel will be mixed, local and outside the local area and overnight. Expected Hours of Work The typical work schedule for this position follows a standard workday, with occasional flexibility for evening and weekend work during high-volume periods. All breaks and lunches will comply with local, state, and federal laws, and overtime, if required, will be compensated in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
