Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer & Content Creator to join our dynamic real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for videography, content creation, and storytelling, with a focus on showcasing luxury properties and real estate listings. You will be responsible for capturing stunning video content, producing engaging real estate videos, and creating high-quality marketing material that highlights properties and helps elevate our brand presence in the competitive Abu Dhabi real estate market.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a videographer, content creator, or similar role, preferably in real estate or marketing.
• Strong proficiency in video production techniques, including shooting, lighting, editing, and sound.
• Experience using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Drone piloting skills and experience in aerial videography is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and creative vision.
• Knowledge of current trends in the real estate industry and video marketing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous videography work, particularly in real estate, is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is a plus.
• UAE driving license and access to reliable transportation.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per mont

• Capture and produce high-quality videos showcasing residential and commercial real estate properties in Abu Dhabi.
• Plan, shoot, and edit property walkthroughs, aerial drone shots, virtual tours, and promotional videos for listings and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand project goals and develop video content that aligns with brand messaging.
• Create engaging and visually appealing social media content (e.g., Instagram Stories, Facebook posts, TikTok videos) to promote properties and the company brand.
• Assist in developing creative concepts and video scripts, ensuring content is both informative and visually compelling.
• Ensure videos are optimized for web, social media, and other marketing platforms.
• Manage all aspects of video production, including lighting, sound, and equipment setup.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video production trends, techniques, and tools in the real estate industry.
• Edit videos using industry-standard software to ensure a polished, professional final product.
• Maintain a portfolio of completed projects and video content.
