Job Description We’re looking for an experienced, creative and versatile Videographer and Photographer to lead the creation of compelling visual content across our global platforms. This position is based from our Radius Campus head office in Crewe, Cheshire, with occasional travel to other Radius sites. It is a hands-on role where you’ll manage projects from concept to delivery, working independently and collaboratively to produce high-quality video and photography that supports marketing, communications, training, and global initiatives. What You’ll Be Doing Producing and editing a wide range of video content: tutorials, interviews, testimonials, product promos, social media, and training materials Capturing professional footage and photography for events, campaigns, and internal use Managing external resources (e.g., drone operators, voice-over artists) Storyboarding, project management, and stakeholder engagement Supporting live streaming and liaising with IT Maintaining equipment, software, and media archives Managing our Vimeo and YouTube channels Travelling internationally to support global teams What You’ll Bring We're looking for an experienced videographer and photographer with proven software and operational skills, ideally gained in a corporate / commercial business setting.
