WE’RE HIRING: PART-TIME VIDEOGRAPHER ASSISTANT

Position Type: Part-time, freelance
Availability Required: Saturdays
We are looking for a dependable and proactive Videographer Assistant to support our lead videographer during weddings and events. This is a hands-on role that involves physical work, attention to detail, and travel. No camera or editing needed — just a strong work ethic and willingness to help where needed. Some experience, even if minimal, is preferred.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have experience, even if minimal, in videography
• Must be physically able to lift and carry video equipment
• Must currently reside in New Brunswick — please do not apply if you live outside the province
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions closely
• A criminal record check will be required for the selected candidate

• Assist lead videographer with unloading, setting up, and packing video equipment
• Help move gear throughout the event venue
• Monitor fixed camera angles and ensure they stay focused and stable during the ceremony and speeches
• Carry, hold, or adjust equipment during shoots as needed
• Stay attentive and responsive throughout the event
• Assist with general setup and takedown tasks
