About the job

The roleI have a personal brand in the crypto space and I'm looking for one person to help me scale it with their skill in videography.

The core of it is documenting my life and what I actually do: the markets, the trades and calls, the research, the travel, the gym, dinners, and everything in between. You'll be embedded in my day-to-day and your job is to turn it into content that builds the brand.

What you'll do

Capture

• Shadow me and film daily. This includes long-form YouTube (day-in-the-life, vlogs, behind-the-scenes), short-form for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, plus talking-head and educational content
• Shoot B-roll
• Handle audio properly
• Film on location and while travelling, including international trips

Edit

Post-production: edit, colour grade, captions, thumbnailsDeliver on a consistent publishing schedule.Maintain a clean, organised footage archive and backup system

Strategise

Bring ideas to the table each week: what we should film, which angles are worth building a video around, which formats to testStudy what's working for creators in the crypto and lifestyle space and adapt it to my brandPush back on my ideas when you think they're wrong.

What you need

• 2+ years shooting and editing experience
• Know how to colour grade
• Fluent in Premiere Pro or Final Cut
• Genuine eye for framing, lighting and pacing
• Comfortable directing me, such as telling me where to stand, when to reset, when a take didn't land etc.
• Flexible schedule. Some days could start at 8am. Some days we may finish at midnight. Some weekends. Please only apply if that genuinely suits your life
• Based in Dubai already
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred)
• Discreet and professional (you'll be in rooms for business conversations, positions and numbers that stay in the room)
