If you're looking for a company where you can grow fast, think big, and make a meaningful impact - join us About the Job Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content tailored for various platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (XHS). Produce visually compelling content that drives viewership, enhances engagement, and supports campaign KPIs. Develop creative formats and storytelling approaches that keep content fresh, modern, and on-trend. Execute professional-level editing, including color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and subtitling. Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while ensuring all deliverables are on time, on brand, and of consistent quality. Maintain high technical accuracy and visual alignment with the company’s branding and style guidelines. Partner with the Creative, Social Media, and Marketing teams in brainstorming and concept development. Work closely with designers, copywriters, and strategists to translate weekly content plans into visually impactful videos. Oversee the full post-production pipeline, from media management and file optimization to platform-specific formatting. Maintain an organized archive of raw footage, assets, and project files for future use. Troubleshoot technical or production issues to ensure smooth execution across all stages. Stay ahead of evolving social and digital trends, tools, and content formats. Experiment with new storytelling styles and video techniques to boost audience engagement and reach. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Communication, or related field 2+ years of experience in videography, video editing, or related creative roles Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other video editing software Strong creative eye for visual composition, storytelling, and pacing Strong understanding of social media platforms, video algorithms, and audience engagement strategies. Experience with different camera systems, lighting setups, and sound recording Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
