We’re looking for a dynamic and highly creative individual to join our team and help bring our work and our people to life across video, photo, and digital channels. This person will serve as a visual storyteller across our three brands:

  • DiStefano Brothers Construction (high-end custom homes and renovations)
  • DiStefano Brothers Concrete Coatings (residential and commercial coatings)
  • Inspired Closets (custom storage solutions)

This part-time position earns an hourly wage ranging from $25-30 per hour based on skills and experience. This position is based out of our Wakefield location, Monday through Friday. The schedule offers some flexibility, and would be approximately 20-24 hours per week.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in professional content creation, digital storytelling, or videography
  • Strong portfolio of photo/video projects (especially social-friendly formats)
  • Skilled in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, or similar
  • Ability to shoot and edit independently (own videography equipment a plus)
  • Experience working with or around construction/design industry a bonus
  • Education in marketing, video production or related field a plus
  • Valid drivers license, transportation & clean driving record required
  • Previous experience in construction fields preferred

Responsibilities
  • CONTENT CREATION & DIRECTIONFilm and edit high-quality videos showcasing project transformations, behind-the-scenes footage, and team culture
  • Capture photo content for web, social, and campaigns (before/after, lifestyle, headshots, testimonials)
  • Interview clients and team members to capture authentic brand stories
  • Ensure every piece of content has a clear purpose and aligns with each brand’s unique tone, style, and audience


    • BRAND STRATEGY & STORYTELLINGUnderstand and adapt to the voice and demographic of each business (luxury design-build vs. bold coatings vs. lifestyle organization)

    • Collaborate with leadership to brainstorm campaigns that showcase what sets us apart—our craftsmanship and our people
    • Infuse storytelling into everything—whether it’s a 15-second reel or a 3-minute brand piece


      • ORGANIZATION & EXECUTIONPlan and maintain a content calendar to align with seasonal campaigns, project milestones, and brand initiatives

      • Organize and archive all visual assets with metadata for easy access and reuse
      • Work cross-functionally with team members across construction, sales, and marketing to identify opportunities for content capture


        • POST-PRODUCTION & PUBLISHINGEdit content for social media, website, presentations, and internal use

        • Support the social media team with engaging, on-brand content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Stories, etc.)


          • Provide final deliverables in multiple formats (vertical, horizontal, etc.)
