Caroma is one of Australia’s leading bathroom brands and part of GWA Group. We design products for everyday life and keep things simple, practical and well made.

We’re looking for someone to own how our brands show up online — especially across social.

About the role

This is a hands-on role where you’ll create content from start to finish.

You’ll come up with ideas, film them, edit them, and get them live. You’ll work across video and digital content, making sure it’s right for each platform and actually connects with our target audience.

You’ll also keep an eye on what’s working and what’s not, and adjust your content as you go.

In this role, you will:

• Create video and digital content for social channels
• Plan and schedule content alongside campaigns
• Film, edit and produce content yourself
• Create captivating content with existing product and lifestyle images
• Work across platforms like Instagram and YouTube
• Track how content is performing and improve it over time
• Stay across trends and turn them into content that fits our brands
• Work with internal teams, agencies and creators to bring ideas to life

You’ll also support content for campaigns, events and product launches.

About you

You’re practical, creative and comfortable getting stuck in.

You probably:

• Have around 3–5 years’ experience in content, social or video
• Can film and edit your own content
• Know what works (and what doesn’t) on social
• Can manage multiple projects at once
• Are confident working with different people and teams
• Pay attention to detail and take pride in your work
• Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, animation and using AI platforms
