We’re growing fast and looking for a creative Videographer/Editor to join our in-house marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves capturing authentic moments, telling compelling stories, and creating content that inspires clients, partners, and our team.

What You’ll Do

• Film and edit high-quality video content for social media, ads, internal training, and events.
• Collaborate with leadership and marketing to bring creative ideas to life.
• Capture and edit short-form and long-form video content.
• Manage video production from concept to final edit (storyboarding, filming, editing, and publishing).
• Maintain and organize video equipment and media library.
• Stay current on video trends to keep Aspire’s content fresh and engaging.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in videography and video editing (portfolio required).
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
• Experience with lighting, audio, and video equipment.
• Ability to tell stories through video and create content that connects with people.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Bonus: Motion graphics/animation experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
