JOB SUMMARY

We’re a fast-growing content and automation agency that helps entrepreneurs and brands grow their audience through short-form video content. We’re looking for a full-time Videographer & Editor to join our team and take ownership of filming, editing, and delivering high-quality social media content.
This is a hybrid role mostly remote, but you’ll travel for shoots across the UK, including the Lake District, Glasgow, and London. Travel and accommodation are fully covered.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have experience using a professional camera (not just phones)
• Full UK driving licence is essential
• Strong skills in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
• Experience filming people, interviews, or social-first content
• Highly organised and capable of managing your own workload
• Strong understanding of social media trends and short-form content formats

• Film short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) using a camera
• Edit engaging, fast-paced video content in modern social-first styles
• Work with clients to plan shoot days and gather the right footage
• Collaborate with our founder and team on creative ideas and improvements
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality expectations
• Occasionally support with content scheduling or managing freelance editors
