QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years experience in video production and editing (in-house or freelance)
• Strong portfolio across corporate, lifestyle, real estate, event, or social media video work
• Skilled in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Solid knowledge of lighting, camera methods and sound capture
• Creative storyteller with an eye for detail
• Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Photography skills are a plus

• Film and edit professional video content for clients, campaigns, and digital platforms
• Capture high-quality photos, including professional headshots, lifestyle shots, and brand imagery
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during video and photo shoots
• Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
• Retouch and edit photos, including headshots, using Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom
• Create engaging social media content (photo and video) optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Write and develop short scripts and content outlines for social media videos and campaigns
• Collaborate with the creative team and clients to develop video and photo concepts, storyboards, and shot lists
• Stay current with video and photography trends, editing styles, and digital marketing strategies
• Maintain and manage video and photography equipment, studio space, and gear inventory
• Organize media assets and deliver polished edits on schedule
