POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Videographer & Editor to join our creative team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, adaptable, and resourceful video professional to grow within a fast-paced, high-quality production environment.
This position offers hybrid/remote opportunities for the right candidate, but travel to Brandon and other job sites may be required. Applicants must be located in Canada.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, and 4K editing workflows
• Strong colour grading and audio balancing skills
• Experience editing narrative, wedding, or commercial-style content
• Understanding of content creation for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Knowledge of current trends in video editing, social, and online storytelling
• Highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented
• Must be located in Canada, with ability to travel to Brandon or job sites when required

• Ingest and organize 4K raw footage and project assets
• Edit video content with a strong sense of story, pacing, and emotion
• Perform colour correction and sound mixing for a polished final product
• Edit and adapt content for both short-form (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and long-form (YouTube, commercial, wedding films) platforms
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and quality expectations
• Export and encode final videos according to platform and client specifications
