Description Texas Speed and Performance (TSP) is one of the largest high-performance parts retailers in the country, specializing in LSx and LT1 platforms. Since 2003, we’ve built our reputation on hands-on experience, in-house testing, and a deep understanding of what actually works in real-world applications. We’re looking for a Videographer / Photographer with a strong focus on video to create content across marketing, events, product features, and social media. This is a hands-on role centered around production and execution, with a focus on delivering content that feels authentic to the automotive community. Video is the priority. Photography is a supporting skillset. This role is for someone who can take a project from concept through final delivery while maintaining a high standard of quality, organization, and consistency. PLEASE INCLUDE A LINK TO YOUR PORTFOLIO OR BODY OF WORK IN YOUR RESUME RESPONSIBILITIES Capture and produce video content for marketing, social media, and product initiatives Support content creation with high-quality photography as needed Cover events, shop activity, installs, and automotive-related content Manage full production workflow including setup, capture, editing, and delivery Edit content for multiple platforms, including short-form and long-form formats Maintain organized project structures, file systems, and media libraries Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute content aligned with brand goals Ensure all deliverables meet established quality and brand standards All other duties as assigned Requirements Strong video production skills. This is a video-first role Solid photography skills as a secondary capability Experience with camera operation, lighting, and audio Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, and Photoshop Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Highly organized with strong file management and workflow habits Detail-oriented with a consistent standard of quality Professional communication and ability to work within a team Interest in automotive performance and enthusiast culture is strongly preferred Demonstrates a consistent drive to improve, learn, and develop both creatively and technically Portfolio link must be included within your resume to be considered WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Projects are executed from start to finish without constant oversight Content is delivered on time and meets a consistent quality standard
