POSITION OVERVIEW

The Videographer will be responsible for recording all league games during the Fall season and streaming them live on YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook. The Videographer must provide their own equipment and ensure high-quality video coverage. After each game, footage will be uploaded to YouTube and shared with our Visual Media Interns for highlight creation and social media distribution.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must provide own professional video/streaming equipment (camera, tripod, microphones if needed, internet hotspot, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of YouTube Live, Facebook Live, or Instagram Live streaming.
• Ability to work evenings (Mondays & Wednesdays, October 6 – December 10).
• Reliable transportation to game sites.
• Prior experience filming live sports preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to professional quality.

• Record and live-stream all NKYCBL games (2 per night, Mondays & Wednesdays).
• Ensure games are broadcast live on YouTube/IG/Facebook.
• Upload full game footage to YouTube within 24 hours of each game.
• Deliver raw video files to Visual Media Interns for editing and highlights.
• Maintain consistent video quality across all streams and recordings.
• Troubleshoot equipment or streaming issues quickly on-site.
