About the position: This is exciting opportunity to join a growing business as an in-house videographer. You'll be someone with a focus on storytelling that can create captivating narratives but still approaching content from a commercial lense. Working with the rest of the content team you'll do everything from the planning, filming to video editing. Key Responsibilities include: Bring a high level of creativity and strong attention to detail to the planning, production, and delivery of all video content. Operate professional photography and videography equipment to create high-quality content that reflects the brand’s visual standards. Set up and manage lighting for both studio and on-location shoots to achieve the desired look and feel. Manage all stages of video production, from pre-production planning through to filming and post-production, with a strong eye for framing, composition, depth, and background details. Edit video content to a high standard, including sound mixing, colour grading, and formatting for different platforms and output requirements. Work to tight deadlines and deliver polished, on-brand content on time. What are we seeking? Proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects. Experience in the fashion or jewellery space is desirable. Expertise in manual camera settings, video production standards, colour profiles, and formats. Solid experience with video editing software and colour grading tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci). Knowledge of lighting, framing, and composition for video production. Skilled in sound mixing and creating balanced audio for various video formats. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Organisation is key in this role given you'll be involved in multiple projects at once.
