We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Videographer & Photographer to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. This Full-Time role is an excellent opportunity for a professional who can capture compelling visual content that showcases our brand's quality and diverse operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our visual identity across all marketing and communication channels. Responsibilities: * Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms, including websites, social media, promotional campaigns, and internal communications. * Capture professional photographs of company events, projects, products, properties, and personnel for use in marketing, public relations, and corporate materials. * Manage the entire production workflow from conceptualisation and storyboarding to post-production, including colour grading, sound design, and final delivery. * Collaborate closely with the marketing and management teams to understand project objectives and ensure all visual content aligns with our brand guidelines and strategic goals. * Maintain, manage, and organise all photography and videography equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition. * Develop and manage a comprehensive digital asset library, ensuring all photo and video files are archived and easily accessible. * Stay informed of the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in video production and photography to ensure our content remains fresh and engaging. Qualifications: * Proven professional experience as a Videographer and Photographer, with a strong and diverse portfolio that demonstrates expertise in both fields. * Expert proficiency with industry-standard editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop). * Extensive experience operating professional-grade cameras, lighting, and audio recording equipment. * A strong creative vision with an exceptional eye for detail, composition, and visual storytelling. * Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * A degree or professional certification in Film, Photography, Media Production, or a related field is highly desirable.
