Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

Serval is building the autonomous AI workforce for modern IT and we need a visual storyteller to make our product and people impossible to ignore. As our first Videographer, you’ll create high-impact videos and photos for our website, socials, paid channels, and employer brand.
This isn’t just about beautiful footage - it’s about results. You’ll craft content that not only inspires but converts. You’ll embed with teams, interview real customers and employees, and produce assets that drive pipeline, strengthen brand, and attract top talent. From big-picture narrative to precise ad edits, you’ll own the full creative process.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Tell Product & Customer Stories Visually. Film and edit high-quality product demos, customer testimonials, case studies, and use cases that clearly convey Serval’s value and differentiate us from the competition.
  • Shape Employer Brand Through People. Capture employee stories from candid office moments to polished profiles, turning them into compelling narratives that make top talent want to join Serval.
  • Create & Optimize Paid Advertising Content. Produce and edit video and photo assets designed for conversion. You’ll tailor creative to different ad formats (Website, LinkedIn, YouTube, CTV, etc.), running variations, and refining based on performance data.
  • Own End-to-End Content Creation. From ideation and storyboarding to shooting, editing, and final delivery, you’ll manage the entire process, ensuring every asset is visually compelling and goal-driven.
  • Adapt to Audience & Medium. Optimize content for specific platforms and objectives: short-form reels, long-form explainers, paid ad cuts, and social-first stories.
  • Collaborate Closely Across Teams. Work with Marketing, GTM, Engineering, and Leadership to align creative output with business objectives, campaign strategies, and brand guidelines.
  • Maintain a Cohesive Visual Identity. Ensure all Serval content feels like it comes from the same world-class brand.
