Tandem X Visuals is looking for an experienced Videographer to join our creative team. This role is responsible for leading the charge on high-impact video productions—from pre-production through post. You’ll shoot dynamic visuals and shape compelling edits that align with brand strategies that leave a lasting impression.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of professional experience in video production and editing
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video formats (commercial, documentary, social, etc.)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro/Davinci Resolve (After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop are a plus)
• Comfortable with camera systems (Sony, RED, or similar), lighting setups, and audio gear
• Proven ability to lead shoots with clients and talent on set
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and creative direction
• Experience managing multiple video projects with tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bonus: Motion graphics or animation experience
• Bonus: Drone certification or experience with drone operation

EXPERIENCE:

• Video Production: 3 years (preferred)

• Lead the visual execution of video projects from concept through final delivery
• Capture footage on set, including interviews, b-roll, narrative scenes, and event coverage
• Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment with confidence and precision
• Edit footage to create compelling narratives that align with project goals and client expectations
• Color grade footage for consistency and polish across deliverables
• Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and clients to refine visual approach
• Stay organized with file management
• Contribute ideas to creative pitches and visual treatments
• Stay current on trends in video production, gear and editing techniques
