We aim to inspire, empower, and transform lives through community-based fitness.     POSITION DESCRIPTION  Burn Boot Camp is looking for a Camera Operator to assist our production team in capturing and producing high-energy, live fitness content for Burn Boot Camp LIVE. Each morning, Mon-Fri, Burn Boot Camp does a 45-min livestream workout from our studio in Huntersville. This workout is livestreamed through our app and viewed by members all over the country. We are looking for someone to operate the camera on an easyrig to get different angles to cut to during the livestream. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring videographer to gain hands-on experience in live production, fitness videography, and content creation while working with a dynamic and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, comfortable with video equipment, and passionate about fitness and media production.    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  * The primary responsibility of this position is to operate a camera for the livestream * Must be available 4-5 days a week Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM EST  * Support the team in maintaining consistency with Burn Boot Camp’s visual standards.  * Help set up and break down production equipment * Work closely with trainers and production staff to capture engaging workout footage.  * Learn and apply best practices in live streaming, camera operation, and fitness videography. * A secondary responsibility, contingent on technical editing skills, is to assist in editing pre-recorded workouts, educational content, and short form content   QUALIFICATIONS  * Required Skills: Basic knowledge and experience using Interchangeable-lens Cameras (sony, canon, nikon or Blackmagic) * Preferred skills (nice-to-have): Basic knowledge and experience using Adobe Premiere pro * Attention to Detail: Ability to follow direction and ensure high-quality production standards. * Physical Requirements: Comfortable working in an active fitness environment, capturing high-energy workouts.  * Team Player: Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with trainers and the production team.  * Eagerness to Learn: Self-motivated with a passion for video production and fitness content. * Must be available Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM EST      This position description is not intended to be and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of responsibilities, skills or working conditions associated with this position. While this description is intended to accurately reflect the position's activities and requirements, management reserves the right to modify, add or remove duties as necessary.
