In this role, you’ll be the creative powerhouse behind our real estate or sales brand. You’ll develop engaging content across various platforms to captivate our audience and achieve our marketing goals.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Content Strategy & Development Craft engaging content calendars across various platforms for all social media.
Develop informative and persuasive blog posts, social media captions, and other content tailored to our target audience.
Come up with creative ideas, and turn them into reality.
Create shareable and interactive social media content that sparks conversations, grows our online presence.
Keep your finger on the pulse of real estate/sales trends and industry news to inform content creation.
To be a successful candidate, you’ll possess:
Real Estate/Sales Expertise (Preferred): Understanding of the real estate market or sales processes is a plus.
Content Creation Prowess: Proven experience in editing, and content creation for various online platforms.
Social media: You’re comfortable with major social media platforms and understand how to create engaging content for each.
Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to write clearly, concisely, and persuasively in a captivating voice.
Editing engaging and transitional videos and photos.
