DuStay Holiday Homes is a growing holiday home management company in Dubai, and we are looking for a talented, energetic, and highly creative Professional Videographer to join our team.

We are looking for someone who can independently create premium, high-quality visual content that showcases our properties, lifestyle, brand, and experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for composition, lighting, camera movement, storytelling, and modern social-media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video and photography content for properties, social media, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Handle complex camera angles, creative movements, cinematic shots, and different shooting directions with confidence.
• Independently manage shoots from concept and camera setup through filming, editing, and final delivery.
• Develop creative concepts and contribute strong ideas for video themes, storytelling, hooks, transitions, and visual direction.
• Capture premium property photography, including interiors, exteriors, lifestyle shots, details, and architectural compositions.
• Edit professional-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or other professional editing software.
• Perform colour correction, colour grading, sound design, transitions, motion graphics, and other post-production work.
• Maintain a consistently premium and professional visual standard across all content.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, cinematic techniques, editing styles, and content formats.
• Work closely with the marketing team to turn ideas and campaigns into compelling visual content.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven professional experience in videography and photography.
• A strong personal portfolio showcasing work you have personally created and executed. We are particularly interested in seeing your individual contribution rather than only team or agency projects.
• Strong understanding of camera equipment, lenses, lighting, framing, composition, and camera movement.
• Ability to confidently execute complex camera angles and creative shots.
• Strong photography skills alongside professional videography capabilities.
• Advanced editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent professional editing software.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, creativity, composition, and detail.
• High standards for visual quality and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple content requirements.

What You’ll Bring to DuStay

We are looking for someone who doesn't simply operate a camera, but thinks creatively, understands content, and knows how to make every shot look premium.

You should be comfortable suggesting new ideas, experimenting with angles and camera movements, creating engaging content concepts, and pushing the quality of our visual content to a higher level.
