JOB SUMMARY :

NAVBLUE, an Airbus Company, is currently seeking a VIE Human Resources Advisor to join our growing team. An exciting opportunity for anyone who has wanted to join HR is available within the Global HR team of NAVBLUE, a 100% Airbus company. The VIE Human Resources Advisor will provide support to the HR team (4 HRBPs, 1 Comp&Ben Manager, 1 Talent Management Manager, 1 HR Specialist, 3 HR advisors) located in 4 countries (Canada, UK, France, Poland), contributing to a wide range of activities, in a dynamic environment, always looking at being at the forefront of HR practices.

EDUCATION :

Successfully completed Degree in Human Resource Management

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES :

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in HR (preferably in the Airbus environment) : previous practical exposure and experience with HR administration is a strong asset
Experience working / studying / living abroad is highly appreciated
Knowledge of HR Information systems and databases, ideally WorkDay is a plus
Autonomy and adaptability
Pro-active mind-set and ability to anticipate
Good communication and stakeholder management skills, teamwork and networking abilities
Customer orientation and responsiveness, with a solution mindset
Strong interpersonal skills, self-awareness & empathy
English fluency

Responsibilities

Specific support to NAVBLUE Canada HR activities and HR admin tasks
Master HR processes and provide support to the HR team worldwide:
Help the team with deployment of HR campaigns
Organize and prepare respective reviews and ensure quality and timely inputs from managers
Be the HR Information Systems (Workday, SAP, ADP, intranet) focal point & support the team with transactional activities
Ensure cross countries data consistency and provide qualitative analysis of figures relative to different matters (absenteeism, headcount, bonus, salary review, etc.)
