MISSION SUMMARY:

You will design the entire process landscape and value chain of the company - from strategic to operational business processes - in order to provide the entire organisation with a good overview of the roles & responsibilities of each department, their interfaces, and the process standards to provide the best service quality to our patients & customers and to deliver the expected business performance. To perform this mission, you will:

• work closely with the different departments (IT, Finance, HR, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, etc) and managers, reviewing with them existing process mappings and validating with them the designed processes.
• use a digital & visio-based tool for the design of the processes
• Set with the team key performance indicators to measure the quality & the effectiveness of our processes.
• Proactively propose and identify process improvements and developing strategies to enhance business processes

EDUCATION:

• Master’s degree in engineering, business administration or process management

SOFT AND HARD SKILLS:

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Enterprising, highly self driven
• Ability to work as a team, with different departments & stakeholders
• Proven interest for process workflows
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio is a plus
• Able to read/write the documentation in German
