Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE ROLE :

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside supportive, collaborative, and technically skilled teammates.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the successful operation of the ICNG project during its warranty phase, contributing to the safe and reliable performance of our rolling stock. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Engineering teams in the Netherlands, Germany, and Poland), troubleshoot technical issues, and support validation activities, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of debugging and fine-tuning activities on the depot, but also provide critical feedback to operability designers regarding environmental conditions, infrastructure, and user interactions.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Closing open points or escalating them when necessary
  • Regularly reporting progress to managerial and functional interfaces
  • Supporting functional validation activities during Validation Campaigns
  • Managing the configuration of input documents and tracking hardware/software installed on-site
  • Handling and reporting anomalies in collaboration with the factory
  • Troubleshooting technical issues during the Testing & Commissioning phase
  • Providing local support for debugging, fine-tuning, and root cause analysis
  • Contributing to knowledge sharing and feedback on software, schematics, and apparatus
  • Acting as a liaison between the train in the Netherlands and Engineering teams across locations

  • Strong understanding of network protocols and interface standards

  • Solid command of English, both spoken and written
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a methodical and rigorous approach
  • High level of motivation for tackling technical challenges
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset for teamwork and networkin
